Why did we decide to move out of our building? It's very simple - to provide better service for our customers! While having a storefront is useful for most businesses, it did not fit our business model very well. Since we had stopped doing Dish Network and Nextel/Verizon sales and service, having a storefront was of little use to us. Besides, most people seem to prefer us coming to them at their convenience and let us deal with the computer entirely. That way we can deal with all the cables and connectors and anything else that gets in the way of a successful repair. Hence, we have moved out of our old building at 1750 Mitchell Ave. as of May 2005 so we can focus completely on a mobile computer repair business. In addition, we have ceased retail sales although we still can build custom built computers. We only build higher end business class systems, call for a quote if you are interested.
Normal hours of operation:
Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM, After hours calls available if needed
Repair Rates:
Minimum Fee: $35 - Covers first 15 minutes of labor and pickup/delivery of system
Service Rate: $70/Hr Billed in 15 minute increments
Priority/After Hours: $90/Hr, 1Hr minimum
